Harley Full Service Checklist We Perform:
Change oil/Harley filter (Amsoil full synthetic recommended), clean drain plug, replace o-ring, Teflon tape threads. Change primary chaincase fluid, and transmission lubricant, clean drain plugs. lubricate front brake lever, throttle & cables, speedometer cable, clutch cable and lever, jiffy stand. Inspect air cleaner, service as needed. Test battery voltage and charging system output. Tighten battery connections. Check lighting and horn. Check and adjust primary drive chain, clutch, and cable-free play. Inspect engine stabilizers/mounts, fuel valve, lines, and fittings, clean fuel screen on carburetor models. Replace spark plugs. Check and torque critical fasteners. Inspect tires, adjust pressure, check wheels, tighten spokes if needed. Inspect brake pads, discs for wear, adjust belt tension. Inspect oil and brake lines/fittings. WE FLUSH THE ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM WITH NEW FLUID, NOT JUST INSPECT! Check and adjust throttle operation and en-richer.
